With nearly 50 years of experience, Jerry is a sage in the Final Expense industry. After ten years of valuable experience in the field as a Final Expense sales agent, Jerry eventually moved into managing and training agents across the Midwest. Following substantial growth of his local agency, he formed an Independent Marketing Organization to begin training an managing Final Expense agents across the country. By treating people fairly, and focusing on relationships first, Jerry has built one of the premier Final Expense IMO's in the nation. As the owner and President of Pacesetter, he has always believed in doing the right thing, simply because it's the right thing to do. Jerry's current focus is on fostering positive relationships with our Final Expense carriers, and providing the support and mentorship necessary to help independent agents and agencies obtain their goals.
Jerry is happily married with 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He and his wife Cynthia spend most weekends at the baseball park cheering for their 16 year old grandson, and love to spend time on their ranch riding horses and ATV's with the entire family.

After completing post-graduate studies at The University of Kansas, Matt joined Pacesetter in 2001, and quickly became one of the top Final Expense producers in the United States. Averaging over $250,0000 of Net Issued and Paid Final Expense Production for the past 19 years, with a top sales year of $364,000 of Net I&P personal production. Matt was promoted to National Sales Director in 2008 and began to train and support agents and agencies, in addition to his personal production. His current focus is on training and mentoring new agents, daily support and communication with Pacesetter's field force, and the administration of our fixed-cost lead program. He is currently still in the field 2 days per week conducting 1-on-1 training with newly contracted agents.
Matt and Sarah, his wife of 15 years, have three boys ages 15, 13, & 11. Matt spends virtually all of his free time coaching his son's football and wrestling teams. His entire family enjoys riding mountain bike trails across the region, and also an occasional battle at the local paint-ball field.
